Every instrument is fully serviced and working before it is rented out and it is the renter’s responsibility to properly care for the instrument. However, throughout the school year there may be routine repairs that need to be addressed. All repairs due to normal wear and tear are covered under the base rental fee. This includes non-damage related repairs including tuning, adjustments, fixing non-functioning parts, and any other playability issue that is not the result of user error.Optional Damage Coverage covers repair costs for any physical damage to an instrument during the rental period.
What does it cost?

What does this cover?
Includes but not limited to: Cracked, broken and bent instruments and parts. Broken strings, bridges, and bows on violins,violas and cellos. Stuck valves and slides on trumpets and trombones. Broken cases.
What is not covered?
Loss of instrument or any major working part. Instruments that are broken beyond repair and need to be replaced. Expendable items such as reeds, rosin,valve oil, extra strings, etc..
